Helping a brother in need

Brother Umer is a poor, diabetic rickshaw driver and a father of a daughter who is also sick. His rickshaw is in need of repairs causing him to earn much less. Most of his earnings are spent on hospital bills due to which he is unable to afford his daughter’s treatment and make ends meet.
